Spousal
Relocation is a service to assist a Trailing Spouse/Partner of an employee that is being recruited or
transferred to obtain the position they desire in the new location. Providing this service can be the
inducement for the recruit or transferee to make the decision to accept. The service includes exclusively
one-on-one counseling on an unlimited basis until placement and includes:

- Cover
letters for results
- Job
search training and plan of action
- Market
research/lead development
- Utilizing
the Internet
- Interview
preparation training
- Personal
enhancement
- Pre
and post interview coaching
- “How
to start a business” counseling when applicable
- Word-processing
- Office
support services
- Written
monthly progress and final reports to sponsoring organization
- Unlimited
one-on-one counseling until placement
